Wheel Cleaner (Blood of the Devil)

Let the dirt bleed off your wheels.

Devils Wheel Cleaner is an iron contaminant remover which will effortlessly remove the brake dust from your wheels. The iron particles dissolve into the solution, turning it from clear to purple, requiring no hard scrubbing to remove. Restore the good-as-new finish for all wheel types in minutes.

Directions

In all cases, wash and rinse the surfaces you are going to treat in the normal way and allow to dry. Next spray this wheel cleaner on liberally. As any iron contaminants dissolve into solution, the initially colourless liquid will gradually turn purple over a period of 1-2 minutes. Although this is essentially a touch-less cleaner, you can agitate it with either a microfibre towel or a brush if need be. After 1-2 minutes, or once the dark purple solution has dried fully, thoroughly rinse the surfaces you have treated with a strong stream of water. If you let the solution dry fully, you may need to use a stronger jet of water from a pressure washer to remove the hardened film.

Simply excellent

My seat Ibiza wheels were covered in black hardened brake dust left by its last uncaring owner . This wheel cleaner managed to clean off all traces of the brake dust . I had tried other more well known brands but they just didn't do the job . Finally I've found an affordable wheel cleaner that does what it's supposed to . Thankyou . All I can say , based on my experience ,buy this product , follow the directions and you'll be glad you did .

AMAZING! Wheel cleaner

Simply changing colour to show the interaction with brake material, so you know which areas of your wheel is treated and which isn't as well as then knowing when to wash it off - simply genius!

*The free windscreen sample in the box when delivered - i'll be buying some!

Bloody good!

A massive fan of this iron reactor! It’s worked wonders on multiple styles of rims from my Vintage VW campervan steels to my daily driver winter wheels! Brings then up a treat effortlessly! I also use this on some of my other heavily contaminated areas on my Campervan too, completely safe to use on paintwork and chrome!

Great Brand, Great Product

What is it?

A fallout remover containing wheel cleaner from the team at The Devils in the Detail. Described on the website for the brand as eliminating every last speck of brake dust and iron rich contaminants with the pre-diluted cleaner safe to use on all wheel types.

How we Tested it:

We acquired several samples for testing of which, Sangria del Diablo was one. For testing we have used it on two vehicles, one with heavily baked on wheels and one moderate.

We Liked:

Great branding, the name grabs your attention and ties in well with the overall brand of the company and is one you will remember.
Reacts very quickly to contaminates and bleeds deep red to show the product working and breaking down deposits.
Brilliantly effective cleaning power. Made very short work of the facia of a very heavily deposited Range Rover wheel.
Significantly speeds up deep wheel cleaning.
We Didn’t Like:

We hoped being a wheel cleaner as well as fallout remover that the smell may be lessened…. It isn’t, it stinks.
Had to use a fair bit of product to cover the wheel, though this could be reflective of trigger bottle for sample size.
Could work out expensive if used as your regular wheel cleaner.
Overall

A really impressive product that certainly made our lives easier when recently detailing a particularly heavily soiled Range Rover. Ordinarily we would be using a wheel cleaner to remove dust and grime and then follow this with a fallout remover to remove iron deposits, so being able to combine the two in a singular step was a time saver. We would like to give the product future testing at some point to see how it compares in terms of iron deposit removal against a standalone fallout remover but in terms of intended purpose it ticks many boxes. We look forward to seeing where The Devils in the Detail team develops and will certainly be using this product in our detailing studio
